Personal Information Usage

Photographs uploaded to the App are processed to provide stylized outfitted using the selected source garments and personalized recommendations. Image processing is performed securely and solely for the app functionality. We do not use uploaded images to train artificial intelligence models, We do not collect or store your photos or any facial/ biometric recognition data. Your full-body photos will be processed through the OpenAI Google API. All photos will be stored in your device and we do not store those photos. Your closet images, your generated images will be stored locally in your device.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account or interact with the App. This information may include your email address and name. If you contact us for support, we may collect your contact information and any additional details you choose to provide in your communication.

In addition to information you provide directly, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage data when you use the App. We monitor these information to maintain stable performance and improve overall user experience, and introduce new features. Usage analytics are analyzed in such cases.

Data Related to Subscriptions

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take commercially appropriate measures to protect your data. All subscription payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase securely. After subscriptions receive confirmation of your subscription level and accessibility level/ duration for the features provided by our App. We do not collect your full payment card details when you make a purchase. All subscription management, billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through your Apple account. We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the App, deliver subscription features, communicate service status in an event of technical issues and detected misuse.

Communications

We have in App communication section under profile for us to provide information regarding app, features, promotions upcoming to notify users. In the event of a refund request, limited usage information may be shared with Apple as necessary to review and process the request.

Information Retention

We retain any information collected when your subscription is active in order to provide necessary services. If you delete your account, your information collected will be permanently removed from active systems.

Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights through the App settings or by contacting us directly. Account deletion will result in the removal of associated personal information from our records, subject to applicable law.

App Usage

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
